I have been in the health and wellness industry for just over 14 years now. Working in various positions such as chiropractic assistant, optometry assistant, and admin at a very well-known sports medicine centre. I started Sara Lodge Nutrition in 2019 with the goal of making nutrition accessible and judgement-free.
I focus on creating personalized health protocols specifically for YOU because no two bodies are the same. Plus, I know firsthand how stomach issues and being close to a toilet can run your life (AND how much that sucks).

- make healthy living easy and fuss-free with actionable nutrition tips
- help you easily digested information so you remember it and it sticks with you throughout life
- work with you to get you back to living your best life that you feel good and confident about
My Experience with IBS
I was diagnosed with IBS, Digestive issues and Food Intolerances at 19 years old.
My stress went right to my gut. The bloating was so bad, I always looked like I was 6 months pregnant. Plus, the bloating would make my stomach fart all the time. It was so embarrassing. I found myself not wanting to attend events, parties, dates...anything to avoid that discomfort and embarrassment.
I got to the point where I said, "I need to do something about this!"
I hit the nutrition books and never looked back.
I am a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and a member of the Canadian Association of Natural Nutrition Professionals. I completed my education in 2017, and since that time, I have been working with other nutritionists to connect and further my education.
In 2020, I completed training through YALE University's Science of Well-Being program, so I implement several strategies from this program in the healing process.
My Personal Journey Became a Professional Mission
So my goal now? To help women gain clarity and knowledge on their digestive systems. Driving towards success and digestive freedom. I want you to learn from my experiences so that you can spend more time feeling healthy and confident and less time being bloated and stressing about it.
