Meet Sara Lodge

Hi! I'm Sara! Welcome!
Nutrition-Focused Since 2011
Introducing Sara Lodge, your trusted guide to holistic nutrition and the nurturing force behind Sara Lodge Nutrition. I am passionate about helping you achieve harmony and clarity in your life by focusing on the powerful Brain-Gut Connection: the link between mental health and gut health.
As a registered holistic nutritionist, I possess a deep understanding of this connection and its impact on overall wellness. But my approach goes beyond just the science. I believe in personalized protocols that combine nutritional science with various holistic practices such as meditation, yoga, journaling, breathwork, and a supportive community.
My practice is built on a foundation of compassion, insight, and kindness. I am here to guide you on your wellness journey, supporting you every step of the way. I never shy away from the effort needed for positive change because I believe that true transformation comes from taking initiative.
Rest assured, my approach is rooted in a genuine desire to help and foster positive change. I will nurture you with love and gentleness as we work together towards your goals. Additionally, I use deep intuition as a healing modality, adding another dimension to my practice.
Whether you're looking to unravel the complexities of the Brain-Gut Connection or embarking on a transformative wellness journey, I'm dedicated to supporting you. Let's create harmony and thrive together, discovering the joy of nurturing your mind and body under the guidance of Sara Lodge Nutrition.
When it comes to Nutrition...
My goal is to:
- help you feel inspired and empowered when it comes to food
- cut through the health fads and focus on the science
- make healthy living easy and fuss-free with actionable nutrition & lifestyle tips
- help you easily digest information so that you remember it and it sticks with you throughout life
- work with you to get you back to living your best life so that you feel good and confident about yourself
My Experience with IBS
I was diagnosed with IBS, Digestive issues and Food Intolerances at 19 years old.
My stress went right to my gut. The bloating was so bad, I always looked like I was 6 months pregnant. Plus, the bloating would make my stomach fart all the time. It was so embarrassing. I found myself not wanting to attend events, parties, dates...anything to avoid that discomfort and embarrassment.
I got to the point where I said, "I need to do something about this!"
I hit the nutrition books and never looked back.
